I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and able to show up exactly as you are. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and collaborative - we work together, you as the expert of your life, me as a tool to guide your journey and healing.
I bring both professional training and lived experience into my work, which helps me understand how complex and layered healing can be, especially when it involves family, relationships, trauma and addiction. I have not only survived but healed from these issues myself, and offer a deeper, more meaningful understanding of what you are going through. All of my work is rooted in compassion.

Sometimes the relationships that are supposed to feel safest are the ones that leave you feeling confused, hurt, or exhausted. You may have a family member or loved one who struggles with addiction, mental health challenges, or unhealthy patterns, and find yourself constantly worrying, over giving, or losing sight of your own needs. You may be carrying the impact of growing up in a family where your feelings were dismissed, boundaries were unclear, or you learned to take care of everyone else first. You might feel these experiences impacting your current relationships and coping skills and are ready for a change.
I support adults who want to heal from these experiences, understand how the past is still showing up in their relationships, and learn how to create healthier boundaries without losing their compassion. Together, we focus on helping you feel more grounded, confident, and in control of your life so your relationships — including the one with yourself — can feel safer, more balanced, and more fulfilling.
Many group or individual benefit plans cover the services provided by registered social workers; check your policy to see if you qualify to have services fully or partially reimbursed.

Removing blocks from the past will allow you to move forward with freedom, joy and purpose. Using evidence-based interventions to process trauma can bring about positive changes in as few as 1-3 sessions.
